Used this torch during a 12 hour overnight obstacle course race.
This torch was tested to its extremities, splashed (and on occasion submerged) with water and mud, and lasted all night, no matter what the night threw at it!! The torch also kept up with some well known torch brands with regards to how bright the torch can go also.
The only thing which was my personal preference was that the headband could have been more comfortable, however due to how cheap it was for a twin pack or torches which survived the night, I cannot complain on this trade off.
A superb bit of kit, which will last whatever the weather and whatever the use.

Wow….super bright….red steady or red flashing, white steady or flashing on low or high beam. They also strobe. I’m sticking these on my bicycle as I like to ride at night or maybe I’ll just put one on my cap in case my bike light quits. I can’t tell about battery life as I just received these. I’ve bought similar units before, but these are without a doubt the best so far. It’s a buy on these for sure.

I ordered the 2 pack. First headlamp worked fine. Opened the second headlamp 6 months after purchase and it did not work. Only flashed red when the button is pressed. Push the other buttons and nothing worked. Contacted company (via email and chat) regarding defective headlamp. Company also responded to my online review and sent a replacement set. Both replacement headlamps work. Impressed with the company’s willingness to do right by their customers. Would order other products by Vekkia.

I had previously purchased the Vekkia Ultra Bright LED Headlamp Flashlight a couple of years ago and it worked flawlessly until it fell off my table and the LED bulb broke. It worked so well, I purchased another. It’s a great light for projects around the house, and I use it alot when I smoke briskets at night. I bought the 2-pack. The single headlamp was $9.95, a 2-pack was $15. It was like BOGO at half-price. I have one for home and the 2nd one is in my truck.

This headlamp is lightweight, functional and very bright with new batteries. I got them for taking the dogs out at night when I need both hands to handle guest pets. These lights work great with one minor criticism. The three-position on/off switch that goes bright, dimmer…and the most useless feature ever incorporated into a flashlight…the strobe. You have to go through all three to turn it off. Kind of pain. Leave the strobe off, it’s a useless feature.

I can’t comment on longevity yet, but after using them on a (very dark) night hike with family taking milky way pictures I am very pleased. The white light lit up the ground nicely and I really like that you can adjust the angle of the beam. The red light is also nice, but as others have mentioned, it would be nice if there was a lower power setting like there is for the white light. It’s a bit strong – but on a brighter night that might not have been the case. All that said, I would buy them again and am happy with the purchase.
