It slips on easily and is easily adjusted to size. However with the underarm straps, I had a hard time finding the right position so that I wasn’t feeling arm/armpit rubbing when walking or running. I felt like it needed a chest strap to keep the shoulder straps closer to the torso.

Although this vest is very lightweight, it’s bulky in the sense that it has a lot of width, especially at the shoulders. But it gets dark out here in the foothills, and there’s not a ton of streetlights, so a reflective vest is a very sensible choice for night time running… or walking the dogs. Especially if you have two black dogs who are practically invisible at night!
Wearing this, I’m not worried about oncoming cars not seeing me in the dark, and it’s not heavy or confining.
