I bought this product to use on a recent trip to Aruba where we intended to snorkel. We were renting a home and had been told not to leave valuables in the rental car. Therefore, we put three different keys with their fobs (house security system fob, rental property gate fob and rental car fob) along with driver’s license, credit card and some cash into a zip lock bag. All of which was carefully put into the overboard pouch. I wore the pouch on my arm while snorkeling throughout the week (approximately 8-9 hours total time in the water). The overboard pouch never took on so much as a drop of water. It worked just as I had hoped!

Works perfect! I bought this to use while on a cruise to the Bahamas. We went snorkeling twice and to the Atlantis water park; the pouch didn’t leak once. I put money, credit cards, room key cards and passport cards inside and they all fit perfectly. I didn’t put my phone in, but it would have been a tight fit. The strap is easily adjustable and fits great. I would definitely recommend this if you need complete water proof protection!

suits its purpose well..holds room card keys some cash and id but does not hold a passport.. did a waterproof test at home in the sink by filling it with Kleenex and then sealing it up and submerging it and holding it underwater with some plates for a couple of hours to simulate diving.when opened up the excess water that I forgot to shake off got the top of the Kleenex wet but the rest was dry..very good product ..now they just have to make pouch a little bigger so you can put a passport in and you have a winner all around.. recommended

Awesome product. It was my fault that I didn’t see another similar product under the same brand with out the arm wrap. (Overboard Multipurpose Waterproof Case)

I tried the arm wrap when I was at Six Flags. I was mostly in the regular park area instead of the water park. The arm strap doesn’t stay on too well because I have slim arms. I am 5’5”/140LB/female. My arms are around 11″. If I wrapped it too tight, it feels uncomfortable. If I wrapped it a little looser, I feel insecure because the arm pack would start moving around. It was hard to get to the comfortable level. I think this is meant for people with stronger and thicker arms too because a long part of the strap would stick out after I wrap it around my arm. I kept switching arms because it was so hot and the sweat was trapped in the arm strap. Ugh 🙁 but for the product quality, it is superior!

I liked the waterproof feature and how it secures with those two locks on the top. To be honest, it was very difficult to open it when I first unbox the product. I had to use a metal stick and shoved it into the crack to push those two locks open, after a couple times the locks work smoothly.

I was thinking about cutting off the arm strap part of the product but didn’t want to ruin it. The arm strap was from my personal experience and I am sure other people may have different experience with it. I would still recommend to try this product out!

I tested it in the the bathtub. It filled with water. It didn’t work. I e-mailed the company. After reading the prompt response I got, I would never buy anything sold by this company again. I do not recommend.

I wanted a waterPROOF case that could take my BlackBerry Z-10 AND a key for HARD outdoor workout use (running, primarily.)

I do not want or need cable penetrations; I use a bluetooth headpiece that is reasonably sweat and drip-proof (the Plantronics Legend) for one-ear music — leaving my other ear open so I can hear traffic. I absolutely do NOT want my phone getting wet, sweat or no sweat, and I sweat a LOT in the summer when running 5ks and longer. My phone is intelligent enough to pause music when I remove the bluetooth headset and restart when I put it back on my ear, so I set up the playlist, start it, stuff the phone in the case and then remove the headpiece to stop the music until I’m ready to go. If I get a phone call I can answer it with the headpiece as well, returning to music when the call is complete.

This pack delivers and accepts the Z-10 with a snap-on (thin!) TPU case plus a key. It’s a tight fit but it works.

My only complaint is that I’d like it a BIT thicker to make it possible to use a flip key instead of my valet key for the car with the TPU case on (it will fit, barely, with the TPU case off.) Other than that, no complaints thus far. I can’t comment yet on durability over time but I didn’t see anything that bothered me immediately about the construction.

This is the only option I’ve found if you want an actual WATERPROOF sports case. If you have a hole for headphone wires you have a hole for water to get in as well. I vastly prefer to risk trashing a cheap $50 MP3 clip-on music player if I’m going to risk my electronics getting wet during workouts than risking my $500 cellphone!

NOTE: A Samsung GS-3 or GS-4 may NOT fit in this case due to width and almost-certainly won’t fit WITH a key — I don’t own one but have eyeballed it and it doesn’t look like it will go. An iPhone will fit and both the Z-10 and Samsung SGS-2 do fit (have tested both of the latter as I own both.)

I purchased the Overboard dry pack for a cruise and was very pleased with the product. It did a fine job of keeping my valuables dry and was easy to cary as you could strap it to your arm, it also came with a neck strap and clip so you had options for the pack. The main opening is a bit tight but once you get items in you have plenty of room for smaller items and could even get a smaller cell phone in.
