Nice waist bag. It’s enough room for phone. I love section where you can put a bottle of water. Worth a money

I love this thing: Keeps the beer nice and cool in the pouch for a good hour or so, and all the other tools and keys and stuff in the zipper section. Overall, very good quality, but if you’re morbidly obese with a waste size of 40 or larger, this will probably not wrap around your chunk (the belt seems to max out at 38). Hey, not judging, but saying I gave it to a fat woman in our riding crew and the belt was digging too deep into her roles, so gave it back with some stupid commentary about “fanny packs are so gay 90s” or some BS, but then kept her mouth shut when she saw me strap it next to me open carry holster with a solid .45 in it. To his each own, I recon, but to knock this if you’re oversized.

I still use this, but I don’t use it as often as I thought I might/would like. I principally use it for my longer walks on the weekends, and even then, I only use it for carrying/storing “supplies.”
> My original goal was to see how well it would hold these main items: my phone (which tracks my steps,) keys, water bottle, my mid-walk “power snack,” and in the autumn (and now winter weather as I write this,) a gaitor and/or gloves – depending on weather.
+ Sturdy.
+ I appreciate the “clips”/clip-like attachments on the belt portion to hold the extra of the straps. It can even be tightened through these “keepers.”
+/- Occasionally, the extra strap from the belt will come untucked, but I *think* that is due mostly to the angle in which you tighten it.
+ Holds everything I originally acquired/purposed this to hold.
+ Fits multiple sizes of water bottles. I suggest the 16.9 oz, as this is, from my experience, most optimal. (If anything, this is one of the principal reasons why I continue to use it on my long walks.)
+ I appreciate that there are two pouches, not just one, and that in the front pouch, there is a place that my keys fit perfectly! 🙂
+/- With the running gloves, it is awkward to zip and unzip; I’ve usually needed to use both hands – which is inconvenient for me as I go on weighted walks.
– The belt loosens too easily. It doesn’t matter if I wear them on my hips or above, the tightness has loosened every time, and it matters not if I wear it on my hip, on my side, on my back (this was WAY too uncomfortable to me – didn’t even last the whole walk before I rotated it,) on my front (this, too, was a bit too awkward,) it loosened every time.
+/- It is relatively “easy” to tighten again, it just requires both hands, not just one. It *can* be done with running gloves, which is what I’ve been using for most of the time that I’ve had it (again: as of ‘today’ as I write this review.)
– This only has proven to serve on long walks, not shorter walks, principally due to my desire to use it to hold my phone to track my steps. While my phone easily fits in the larger pocket, it is awkward to get it in and out easily, especially with the running gloves. Then there is the fact that when my phone is in the running belt, it doesn’t accurately track my steps. From previous experience and then trials after, I am several hundred short of my average. 🙁
