Husband needed a light way out back to see in the evenings to water the buckets for our goats and sheep, He loves it. Now no needed for a flashlight anymore as he just puts this light on his head and away in the back he goes. It is very bright. Would buy this again.

Not MSHA approved first. However I work metal non metal and intend use underground. Don’t have methane to worry about. Much brighter than my orange northern lights. The northern light will stay in the dinner bucket until this proves itself.
Can’t speak for durability or battery life yet. It does seem to be built as well as the 300 light it was copied after.

Update- used light a month underground. If you load ANFO don’t buy this light. Not the lights fault. That crap eats through everything.

Lights about a 2 inch circle.
A miner would definitely get lost.
