Works Great! I use it ever single time I work out. I love the 1 minute intervals. I use the 1 minute intervals between sets for rest. I do my set, push the start button, and when the alarm goes off I know to start back again. Super easy.

I am doing the Jeff Galloway walk/run method and saw this timer mentioned on his website. The phone apps I had been using would lose gps and stop, or for some reason the audio would skip a round, and it was very frustrating. Got the and it works great!! Can hear it clearly, never skips, and vibration with sound helps for extra assurance I never miss it beep from my leggings pocket. The written instructions are useless, but the video guide is very easy to find on their website (Amazon won’t let me link it in this review) and once you watch it, it is very easy to set up. Very glad I bought it!

Easy directions for creating your ideal settings. Easy to hear beep over load headset and music. Recharge has been working well and quick. I like the green light up background to help with teaching in dark rooms.

There’s a bit of a learning curve for this device, but once you learn it, it’s easy, portable, and the charge lasts forever. I use it for run/walk intervals and it’s never failed me. Highly recommended for those who don’t want to take along a phone or use up phone power with another app for intervals.
