10 reviews for Garmin Forerunner 245, GPS Running Smartwatch with Advanced Running Dynamics, Heart Rate Monitoring, Music Storage and Smart Notifications, Slate…

  1. Texas Agg

The ease of use and performance is great for me to track my running. This was an upgrade from my Garmin 235 that I used for about eight years. Can get a weeks charge out of it, even with logging a run daily.

  2. Camden

I got this watch in PERFECT condition. No dents, chips, scratches, battery issues, etc. Saved myself $15 and helped the planet by going for the refurbished one and I’m glad it pulled through.

The watch itself is phenomenal. If you’re into (primarily running, but there are many others) working out you need a Garmin watch. I suggest going to the Garmin website or watching a few videos before you buy one because Garmin sells like 30 sportwatches, all with different capabilities.

So if you’re a swimmer, this watch can track it but it might not give you the best metrics compared to one devoted to swimming. This watch is devoted to running (but still tracks a lot of biking and other workouts) so it really depends what you like working out the most.

You can find good indepth reviews of this watch and others on YouTube so I’ll just say it’s a great watch (even though I bought it two years old it still has a ton of health features and I don’t feel like it’s lacking at all), an amazing battery life, and it came in PERFECT quality.

  3. lifeisafractal

This watch is amazing. It keeps track of so much. Stress, Oxygen level, Steps, Walks, Runs, Hiking. I have to charge it every 6 days. I did purchase a screen protector. All in all excellent purchase.

  4. Scott

This replaces my old running watch. I was not expecting such upgrades, but am thrilled. I haven’t gone online for more information yet…just pushing run at the start of my mileage. That’s enough, but I will find out its total functionality.

  5. Amazon Customer

I purchased a refurbished Garmin Forerunner 245 and couldn’t be happier with the condition and the durable quality of the watch. The only drawback for me is treadmill running, the watch over estimates my distance on the treadmill. When I run 6 miles on the treadmill the watch reports nearly 8 mils of distance ran. Otherwise I love the watch as fitness tracker and the connectivity with phone calls/text messages.

  6. Mr. C

I originally get a new FR45, but after trying it it was limited in a lot of customizability I wanted (custom faces with seconds update, custom data fields, apps, widgets, etc). The refurb FR255 was only $15 more and with a larger screen and the above called out features I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t get this. It came in refurb packaging, but had all accessories and looked brand new. Been using for a week now and love it.

Relógio cumpre o que promete. Eu corro e nado e ele super atendeu minhas expectativas. O tamanho dele também é ótimo.

  8. Mr. C

First running watch, arrived in New conditon, not a single blemish despite being refurbished.
Very happy with the features specific to running.
Amazing clarity in sunlight. Lightweight, easy to use, and seems to be very accurate.

  9. judearn

I got tired of the constant barrage of notifications from my Apple Watch, and I’m a runner, so I decided to switch. Lemme tell ya, it’s been fantastic. No notifications yelling at me on my wrist all day, and awesome running metrics. The daily run coach is great and I’ve honestly noticed myself improving by following the recommendations instead of doing my usual runs. Plus, the battery lasts me easily 9 days, which is awesome.
    10/10 would buy again

Au bout de 1an et demi, pixel de brûler.
