Ran my first 5.5mi on these today. The foot bed is comfortable and the fit is nearly perfect. The design of the shoe it’s great; ergonomic, and soft. My only 2 minor dislikes are 1-the soles on the front half of the shoes are so thin, makes for a slapy landing. I hope I can get used to them so that doesn’t happen, but we will see. 2-the tongue of the shoe is a little tough and almost digs into the front my ankle. I felt this only walking around the house before I left for my run. I had to pull them to the side before taking off, and that seemed to fix the problem.

They look really cute and are really comfortable…but are made out of cheap materials. When I first put them on, they kept squeaking on my hardwood floors. When I looked at the bottom of my shoes, you can tell that they are made of lower quality materials. The squeaking sound started quieting down, as I walked on my floors, so I’m hoping the sound will disappear after wearing them for awhile.
The laces are made out of super cheap materials as well. They’re absolutely adorable, but they are made out of a really thin, rough, & scratchy material…I’m pretty sure they’ll rip after awhile, if I keep tying and untying them.
I have not worn these sneakers for long, as in I just took them out of the box and wore them around my house, but I’m afraid that they might make my feet swell with how the laces tie at the top. I suggest leaving the very top lace holes empty, instead of tying them all the way to the top. They actually fit better this way anyway (tying the laces all the way to the top somehow made the shoes feel a tiny bit loose).
Overall, I think these shoes are super cute and comfy, and I’m keeping them…BUT THEY ARE WAAAAAAAY OVERPRICED. Don’t pay more than $40-$50 (this might even be too much) for them, as they really skimped out on the materials they used to make these shoes.

Between walking 5 – 7 miles every day with my doggo, indoor rowing 4x a week, creeping up on my mid-40s, and dealing with plantar fasciits, and the occasional bulged disk, wearing high quality footwear is extremely important to me for physical fitness, reducing risk of injury and comfort. Brooks as a brand are the best sneakers I’ve ever owned – Top notch for quality, comfort, structure, support, and durability. My preferred models are the Ghost 14s for outdoor activities, and Revels for around the house and rowing. BUT… these Adrenalines… WOW. LOVE them!! I almost hate wearing them because I want them to last literally forever. Because of the light color, I tend not to wear them during my daytime walks, because I don’t want them to get super dirty, but I wear them every morning for added visibility on my pre-sunrise walks. They are true to size with plenty of room to accommodate for uneven terrain without compromising structure and support. They are wide in the toe-bed, appropriately snug to the heel, and just super comfortable. I do replace the original insole for the Pure Stride Orthotics recommended by my podiatrist, but even without these, these Adrenalines are just a super addition to my sneaker collection. Love, love, love them!

After years and years of not wanting to part with my three pairs of old Mizunos I started the painstaking journey of finding NEW running shoes. I haven’t run for a couple of years and my old Mizunos were not cutting it anymore. I loooove these Brooks Women’s Adrenaline GTS 22 so easy to run with it, supporting, bouncy (but not to much) stable and comfy. I purchased sizes 7 and 6.5, both gave me enough toe room but the 7 was a little too long… but still great. Brooks recommends going up 1/2 size but I didn’t need to at all since I’m usually a 7 (6.5 in sandals sometimes) I ended up keeping the 6.5 and buying it on a different color too. I’m sure I’ll get another pair soon! : )

J’ai déjà cette marque mais j’en ai acheté une paire large pour mettre mes orthèses. Ce que j’aime de cette marque c’est que le pied ne bouge pas il ne déborde pas sur les côtés de la semelle. Donc les orthèses sont plus stables. La seule chose que je n’aime pas c’est la couleur gris pâle qui est salissante mais c’était la seule couleur disponible dans ma grandeur large soit 10 large.
