I bought a couple of pairs of these for my sons to run with me. I like the cut and size–they are cut like running shorts, perhaps just a tad longer than some adult running shorts which I liked. I think they have been very comfortable and in the hot weather, shorter running style shorts are MUCH better to run in than the knee-length basketball style athletic shorts. My only complaint is that the fabric is a bit thick. I would like some kids running shorts in a lighter, more wicking fabric. These are the same fabric you would find in the basketball style athletic shorts. But my kids have liked them a lot and the sizing is right on.

Unfortunately the elastic totally separated from the inner lining after just a few weeks. I kept finding pieces of elastic in the washer.

There worked great for my son’s cross country training! Light weight and breathable material made running long distances comfortable. We made an additional purchase!

These are running shorts. Shorter than the normal boys sports short. Shorter running shorts seem so hard to find so I was pleased to find these. And these were perfect. Light, well made, washed well. Colour and size as expected. Very happy with my purchase.

We got a few of these for our older son for XC. He outgrew them a year later so we bought a bigger size. The younger son is very happy to take the hand-me-downs. Hold up well to west and washing.

These fit my son just as expected. They matched his cross-country jersey well enough to look like a uniform. He says they are comfortable (and he wouldn’t hold back on commentary if they didn’t).
