I bought this to do some hiking in Arizona. It held the perfect amount of water. It has pockets which allowed me to store all of my other essentials. It wasn’t too heavy nor did it rub on my shoulders or armpits. It is also very durable.

I purchased this for my daughter. She says this bag has lots of room and is lightweight, but that the water bag already appears to be punctured (she hasn’t used it too many times). On one long run she did, the vest was also rubbing against her neck and left her skin really irritated. Now she makes sure that the vest doesn’t come into direct contact with her upper neck, but something to note!

This is a good hydration pack for the price. It has sufficient storage space and I like the fact that the bladder is fillable from the top. The only thing I dislike is the construction of the shoulder straps and I’m at a loss to explain why except to say they’re a big too flimsy and, when buckled together, give the appearance of a bra across the front. Nevertheless, since I’m old and generally indifferent to the observations of others, I uses this hydration pack almost every day and like it. Great for bicycling with space to carry stuff including a tire pump if need be.

I bought this for my sister in law before our hike. I wanted to get her a lightweight basic backpack with water bladder. I was surprised to find this one with both for such a great deal. I was hesitant with some of the reviews saying pieces had failed but I think for a basic day pack, this is perfect. Even if the water clip on the strap breaks, there’s still a fabric loop that serves the same purpose. The day pack itself is a decent quality. I noticed that she enjoyed the pockets on the front for snacks. There were also mesh pockets on the back that made it easy to keep her phone. My daypack came with my 60L Gregory and didn’t have any of those things. The straps were wide and looked very comfortable.
The only area I saw where the quality showed was the water bladder. It’s a lot thinner that most I’ve seen, and the hose fits over a valve, it doesn’t click in. You really have to push it on there, but as long as it doesn’t get yanked straight out hard it is secure. The drinking part was also new to figure out. Basically follow the instructions in the picture, turning the nozzle to the on direction. It’s also written on the product. There’s notches that show you where to bite down for it to open. If you do it on the side water won’t come out.
Overall great value for beginners and gets the job done. I was happy to be able to share this.

Absolutely fantastic for the price. The bladder is a good size and easy to fill and use, and is plenty large for most hikes. The bag is nice and light with plenty of space for the size, and the bottle holders on the sides are a great addition.
A couple little nitpicks. The bag is not like the pictures. The pictures look like the bag has some structure to it, but it’s a mostly limp nylon bag. Not a huge deal for me since the listing did say that it was nylon. Otherwise, while the straps are plenty padded for the weight they do fit a bit awkwardly and require some playing with.
Overall I’m very happy with this product and would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a nice hiking bag/bladder combo.
