I wanted to like this product but it’s cheaply made and does not perform as advertised. I’m right handed so naturally I wore it on my left wrist. It couldn’t read my heart rate or blood oxygen levels. I kept getting a message I wasn’t wearing it correctly that I needed to wear it at least one finger from my wrist bone which I was. I tried wearing it face down and it worked a little better but it was uncomfortable because the face of the watch scraped against my desk so I put it on my right wrist face up and so far it seems to be able to read heart rate and oxygen levels better. The sleep function does not work properly. Only one night when I wore it face down on my right wrist did it record my sleep pattern but it only recorded 4 hours out of 7. The only function that seems to work properly is the step counter and calories burned. I’ve been comparing the results to a secondary app I have. I’ve decided to keep the watch and see it for what it is , a $20 step counting and calories burned counting device.

I ran a 10k this morning and I wore both the these step trackers. My iPhone got 16,876 steps, my android work phone 17,876, the new tracker 8,334 my older tracker is 9,340.
It doesnt track accurately.
This only also doesn’t include blood pressure but it does tell you when you need to drink, or get up and move.
It is black and white no color.

Update:
-Looooong battery life!!! Lasted at least 7 days even all-day heart rate monitoring is turned on. Fantastic and I forgot apple watch.
I have an apple watch SE, but it needs to be charged every day. Well, I know I can’t charge it every day, which prevents it form being used frequently, so I have to for alternatives.
In comparison:
-Shape: Compared with the apple watch, this smart watch has a larger 1.52″ screen, a clearer HD retina display and a thinner metal frame. Stylish design and look slim.
-Customizable dial: Like the apple watch, this watch has multiple built-in dials to choose from, and it can choose your own photo as the blackground. The dial can display time/date/steps/calories/heart rate and other data in real time which is very convenient.
-Sleep Tracker: Both watches have a sleep tracking function, but I prefer this. I can see my sleep analysis (Deep sleep, Light sleep or Wide sleep) on the smartphone or watch. The Apple Watch can only check the sleep time, there is no actual sleep analysis.
-Heart Rate and Bloody Oxygen Monitering: I don’t know how accurate the heart rate or blood oxygen is. But as far as I know, it gives believable results (the heart rate I measured is very close to the Apple watch). It is worth mentioning that apple watch does not have the function of blood oxygen monitering, so it is impossible to compare the data.
-Battery Life: Stiive watch charges really quickly and only used half of its battery in four day! I will update this review once I have a chance to use the set for a few weeks and see how the battery fares.
All in all, I’m very satisfied with my purchase so far.

I had to send the first one back because it wouldn’t keep correct time if it wasn’t close to my phone ( would loose 5-10 minutes overnight). Second one has worked better but the last time I charged it, it only lasted 3 days. It’s very finicky about charging. Seems to shut off and I have to wake it up so that it will continue- and it won’t charge in all of my charging outlets.

Does not keep accurate sleep statistics. Some nights it has no data for my sleep. Sometimes it does better if I open app on my phone & let it sync an hour or so before going to bed. Then the minute I wake up I must open app & let it sync again. I usually get up at least twice during night & sometimes it does not start the sleep cycle till after my first wake up call. Several times it has been 8-10 min off on the time & then need to sync it to go back to correct time. I should have read more reviews before I purchased. Would not buy again. This is a total waste of my money. I do not believe the accuracy of other readings because the sleep time is always off. Also, it does not have a long battery life. Sometimes I have plugged it in & it brings up battery to show it will charge, then 30-40 min later it has barely charged. Save your money & spend it on a model that is has a better track record & will work better than this one.
Win some, lose some. This one is a loss of money. Will start shopping for a better more reliable tracker.

I didn’t know what to expect from this smart watch because it is so inexpensive but I am pleasantly suprised. Easy set up and battery is good too.

This is a pretty amazing watch for is price. A basic pedometer costs about the same. Waterproof, bluetooth.
It has a fully functional app that syncs with fitbit, and fitbit syncs with most other fitness & health apps.
It has a variety of watchfaces you can choose from it the app.
