I got this watch just so I could track my steps, but the additional features have been fun.
They have so many fun options for the screen display (I’ve attached two screenshots that show two of my favorite categories in their dial center)
I love the “find my phone” feature where I can ping my phone with my watch (I lose track of my phone a lot 😬)
You can track quite a few things with the watch including steps, heart rate, blood oxygen level, and a number of different workout types.
I also like that I can use my watch to tell my phone to play music, and there’s also a weather app so I can check the temperature outside from my watch.
Since it’s not a popular brand name watch its a little harder to share data with popular health tracking apps such as Apple or Samsung’s health apps, but it is possible, there are just extra steps needed.
There is a specific setting in the F Fit app where you can turn on sync with GoogleFit. From there you can have more flexibility with where you share data by allowing GoogleFit to share your health data with your app of choice.
The watch also has excellent battery life. If you use the feature where the watch automatically tracks your heart rate every 5 minutes then you may use up the battery faster, but without having that feature on I can use the watch for over a week before I have to recharge it.
It may not have as many features as more expensive smart watches, but overall I was very impressed with what they have to offer with this watch, considering the price!

I don’t use an app with this watch and it works just fine reporting information I’m interested in. I want to know how many daily steps I take, how much deep sleep I get, calories burned, my blood oxygen level, and heart rate.
I do wish it had more sports modes. I ride an recumbent elliptical, so I use the indoor bike sports mode to record time and calories. It may not be perfect, but gives me an accurate reading on my heart rate, which is most important for me. I haven’t worn it in the pool since I got it. I doubt it will record my steps; but again, it will record my heart rate. It’s waterproof, but don’t expect it to be a diver’s watch. When you get out of the pool or shower, dry it off, as well as your wrist, before putting it back on.
The battery life it amazing! I wore it basically 24/7, removing it for a few hours daily. I finally recharged it after 8 days and it still had battery life left when I started the charge.
What I like best about this tracker is that it works without binding it to an app.
This is a good basic tracker for those who want only a general knowledge of their fitness points. Don’t expect the world from it, because you won’t get it. In my opinion, it’s an amazing, inexpensive little watch/tracker. I have no idea how long it will last; but for now, I’m very satisfied with it.
October 16, 2023: I’ve now worn my watch numerous times while I walked and did aerobics in my pool. I found if I walked normally, it didn’t always record my steps. However, it did if I “jogged”. It always recorded my heart rate and never stopped working even when I unintentionally kept it under water for longer lengths of time. My workouts last 60-90 minutes. The watch still works like it did when it was new.

This was an amazing find for the price. I have 3 Apple Watches and none of them have the battery lift like this watch. This watch is really pretty to look at and you wouldn’t tell it wasn’t an Apple Watch unless you were really paying attention. The graphics and features are also great. Easy to connect and great for tracking steps. I much prefer this one over my Apple Watch just simple for the battery life. Also does amazing at tracking your steps!

I bought two 41mm and one 44mm for myself, my daughter, and my husband. First off, the 44mm seems to have a different OS than the 41mm. It seems a little better/newer. We all three like them though. Are they super accurate? No, but they’re also pretty inexpensive, so they’re good enough for our use. I immediately had my husband replace my band. Just look for a 20mm watch band. Any will fit. It took my husband 2 minutes to pop it off and replace it. I have had ot for about a week and a tiny line has appeared on my screen, so I’m ordering a replacement, but honestly, it’s barely noticeable, I am just still in the return window, so I figured I may as well. Highly recommend for the price. Oh, and DON’T enable the weather. It has a bug that they are apparently aware of, but it causes the app to continuously crash until you can catch the toggle on the phone screen and turn it off. It would be great to have, but not a deal breaker for us.
