Not only is this an amazing watch but it is also back by outstanding Customer Service representatives like Belle. I was able to express my concerns and get a resolution which made me a very happy customer. It is a great watch at a really good price with very accurate measurements. My favorite features are blood pressure monitoring, step tracking and sleep monitoring.
There are a lot of smart watches out there but when you add in outstanding helpful customer service this is the watch to buy. I have reached out to Customer Service to help with setup questions and to fix issues, never having a disappointing experience. This product and service is a winning combination.

I purchased this FitVII watch in December, and have been extremely pleased with it. In its price range, the features of the FitVII are as good as others out there. It’s sturdy and comfortable to wear 24/7, available in several colors including a light purple color, my favorite! I particularly love the simple sleep monitor that, to me, seems pretty accurate in keeping track of the total time slept each night. Works for me! I also love the Phone Locator function included in the features. I “lose” my phone frequently, and it’s a pleasure to be able to locate it “hidden” nearby, right where I left it!
This fitness tracker’s main features, though, count steps, distance, time and calories for a variety of exercises, from running to swimming to cycling, and many others. I find the step and distance monitors about half a mile short when running on the treadmill (doesn’t match up with GPS or gym equipment measurements), but overall I can factor this in when I log fitness numbers into MyFitnessPal after every workout. The app is very easy to use, imple in its layout but providing all the info I need to track my progress.
Unfortunately, the charging function worked very well until two days ago when I was unable to charge the watch (for my activity level, I charge it about every 10-12 days). I immediately sought help from customer support at the manufacturer, and my concerns were addressed professionally and promptly by Allisa, the customer support rep at FitVII. She is arranging for a new magnetic charger to be shipped to me immediately (these magnetic chargers are for the most part not interchangeable with other fitness watches). So Allisa’s expertise and guidance have been most helpful in the diagnostic process as she wanted to ensure that the problem was the cord and not the watch itself.
I will provide an update to this review when the new charger arrives in the next few days. In any event, prompt service and support are critically important, and I am very pleased with the response to my concerns thus far.
UPDATE: The replacement charge cord was received three days after contacting Allisa at customer support. It works perfectly, and I’m very satisfied with the outstanding customer support I received! I highly recommend this fitness watch and the customer-centric sales and support at FitVII.

I got this watch because of the health applications on it. I have a FitBit versa but the apps aren’t as robust as on this watch. However, in testing it out, I discovered that some of the apps (glucose, O2 etc) were inconsistent in their findings. For example, on the glucose testing, I could run it to get my glucose and get a 6.9 reading. I would do another immediately and the reading would be 6.2. You also have to use a formula to convert these readings into numbers that we can use, which is a sugar level. It makes it way more complicated than necessary.
The positive about this watch it the fact that it holds a charge for several days. The face can be personalized and its phone apps work great.

Good watch, just hard to find setting in app to adjust blood pressure watch and took a while to get the language to set to English for me. Otherwise love it and great to help keep me focused.
Amazon Customer –
My daughter wanted a smartwatch and I wasn’t willing to get an Apple Watch for her. After doing some research and reading the Amazon reviews for several smart watches, her and I picked out this watch. My husband, who was skeptical of buying a non-Apple product, was very surprised by the quality of this product. More importantly, my daughter was thrilled and loved her watch. So many features, easy to use and great quality. So when the band broke a week later, she was devastated and I was disappointed too. I reached out to customer support that was available. Less than 48 hours later, with minimal back and forth emails (I just had to send a picture and my order #), Belle from customer support had shipped a new band. I honestly was doubtful any help would be given except an option to buy a replacement band. I was wrong! They sent a new band and my daughter and I are thrilled! So if you are looking for an inexpensive, quality watch with great customer support, this is the one!

I primarily use this to track steps at work. Blood pressure is never accurate on the several smart watches I’ve had. Battery life is incredible! Can usually go a week or more without charging it. When I do charge it, it charges fast.
This is a very BASIC smart watch. You can read texts, play/change tracks, see steps/pulse, etc. It vibrates but does not have a speaker (makes no sound, can’t take calls, etc). It does have a function to help you find your phone. I seem to get similar readings to the other couple cheapo smart watches I’ve had.
I am using this on a iPhone 12 Pro MAX. The “cons” are: App must be open for watch to communicate with phone, but if it isn’t open – and you open it later the watch does seem to sync your steps. The steps are never the same as Apple Health, but I often don’t have my phone on me at work. Another con is the weather is never accurate. Usually says its 68 degrees out (and I’m in Wisconsin and its February)… For $44.99 the cons are perfectly acceptable. No sound and you can’t do phone calls, but its a $45 smart watch…
I work in a shop environment and the has held up well. Its face has been smacked on metal, scrapped over things, etc…and it is still free of damage. I recommend this watch.

I specifically wanted a watch that would read blood pressure, heart rate, and had a screen that was large enough to read and also a good price point. I am very happy with this choice.

The set up is simple, I’m impressed with the features so far. The purple is really pretty. The size is one of the smaller ones I could find. My wrist is very small so that was important. I like that the charger is magnetic.
