There is not much give or stretch with these pockets. The front can fit a slim wallet and slim keys or a slim battery. You cannot fit anything bulky, maybe one tennis ball is the maximum. The front pocket can fit two hockey pucks side by side, I don’t think anything more for bulk. Any stretch in the pocket can barely protrude outward, only possible stretch it has is inward against your body, notably the bottle holder will make the belt not sit flush against you, it protrudes inward towards your body. If you’re looking for slim or stealth, this will work good. But if you’re looking to hold batteries plural or dog toys it’s no good for that.

good deal. good quality. the 3 pockets good for phone, keys, few cards, and water bottle – and yet not too bulky around the waist. i like that the strap is a little stretchy in addition to the adjustable length. i would have picked the black one-but more money. this color is too ok for the price.

Most running belts only fit specialized running water bottles, so I was intrigued by this one which can fit in a phone and a water bottle in a separate compartment.

I’m happy to report that the water bottle does stay in place, when tested with a 500ml plastic water bottle.
With that said, the bottle fits vertically which is convenient to put in but it also makes it a bit cumbersome to run with it. This is not a fault of this running belt, but rather just the nature of running with a water bottle. Also, this belt likely won’t work if you plan on carrying heavier metal bottles.

Overall this is a good solution for me to quickly grab a bottle and go running.

This is comfortable and a good looking belt pack. I personally like the camo design. The pack is lightly padded with three pockets with a nice elastic belt. The right pocket is unique in that the base can be unzipped to expand it to hold a water bottle. There are also a couple of reflective stripes on the front. The only drawback is that the pockets don’t have any stretch, so you can’t load them up with anything bulky.

Perfect for walking or running as my iPhone fits in the main section, my keys in one side and a couple of tissues on the other side. There is a custom hole to put your earbud wire though that is perfect. I love the color and it looks really good.

I’ve reviewed hundreds of products on Amazon and this is the first time I threw one away in the middle of trying / testing the product. I usually donate what I don’t need or what I don’t like but might be useful to someone else. This time, I didn’t even bother. This one is a total dud.

As soon as I unwrapped this item, I knew it was not going to live up to it promise. The tightening straps were loose and even after adjusting them wouldn’t stay in place, sliding back to a looser setting. That didn’t inspire much confidence from the get go as the purpose of a running waist pouch or fanny pack is to hold your stuff tight against your waist, hips or abdomen, unmoving, while you exercise. Without properly functioning straps, too weak to hold, it was bound to fail. And it sure did!

While I was running a four mile run to test out this fanny pack, which was empty save for one tiny 10oz water bottle, it kept moving around and I had to constantly readjust it. The straps wouldn’t stay in place, and it would loosen up repeatedly. It was a nightmare. Half way through my run, I took out my water bottle and tossed the waist band, laying it on a fence post – maybe someone else will be interested. I was disgusted by the idea of having to carry it back home, especially after it had been torturing me for over two miles already.

This isn’t the only waist band that has this flaw, to be fair. I was hoping to replace my current one which tens to loosen up after a while, although testing this product made me realize that my older running belt is actually a much better product.

Would not recommend for runners. Failed product.

It looks exactly like the picture. I wanted this for taking to the parks and carrying stuff under my t shirt or traveling with.
