I bought these for my daughter to use when she walks to the school bus stop in the morning as between our house and the stop there are no sidewalks and it is very dark in the Fall in the NW. The stretchy bands work really well to reflect the car headlights. I actually hook them both together and she slips it around her instrument case she carries but could be hooked around a backpack or something else. They are much too big to use on her arms or legs. The smaller, ‘slap band’ style reflectors are not as reflective but they are easy to use. I’d recommend this set.

We have had these for over a year now. I have them attached to the harness of our dog so we can use them when we walk her. We are all prone to wearing dark clothing which in the dark make us a hazard to motorist as there are no pavements in our area. I have found they are perfect for just wrapping or snapping on our wrists and then reattaching to the harness when we get home. They are really reflective and bright when the headlights of a car hit them. I am sure they have been appreciated and certainly make us feel safe and more visible. Also any extras we don’t use boost the reflective things our dog is wearing for her safety too. I will be replacing them when they wear out or go missing!

So the yellow/green rolls are just those slap bands that people used to play around with. The others are of semi-stretchy material that only has 2 options of clasping together, so size will be tricky with both of these. They do work well, as they are highly reflective but fitment may not work as best

I run marathon distances and often have to do runs early morning and after work. I need help being seen so I don’t become road kill. The velcro fabric straps are exactly what I was looking for… lightweight comfortable highly reflective and bright and durable. I put them around my ankles and never get any chafing. They make my lower half visible, along with a bright shirt and a head lamp I am visible in pitch black.
The snap on wrist bands are uncomfortable and I threw them away.
