  1. Mike S.

Pros: Adjustable band fits me great (M size 31-32 waist). My wife has the belt on the smallest setting and it’s a little loose on her (Size 0). She says it doesn’t bounce though, so we’re good there. Doesn’t bounce for me either.

I found it’s easier to load up the pockets when the belt is off. I was concerned at first, but man this thing opens up quite a bit. I have a large phone (LG V60) in a case and it fits with no issues at all. The smaller pocket is a bit of a pain though… I had some workout instructions and my face-mask that I wanted to put in there while I was wearing the belt. It fit fine, but just wasn’t as easy or convenient trying to squish the stuff in there while the belt was on. Also had a house key in there that was a bit tricky to find in the pocket. Granted, I won’t lose it! Was easy once I took the belt off though.
Overall I like it. Seems like it’ll last long. Reflective on the front too. I guess I normally buy really cheapo running belts. This was the first time I spent a little bit more ($16.97 at the time of this review) rather than my usual $5.
I like that it’s really skinny – and doesn’t look like a “fanny pack”.

    Update:
    Couple of tips –
    1) When you put your phone in you should probably face the screen towards your body rather than towards the zipper. I feel like there’s a risk the zipper would scratch the screen as there’s no inner zipper protection.
    2) Phones are easier to get in and out if you don’t have a case on them only because of the inside waterproof material making the phone sort of ‘stick’ while trying to put it in or out of the bag. Of course, you run the risk of the aforementioned scratches on the back of the device with no case.
In both cases I haven’t had scratches from the zipper, so can’t say for sure this will happen… but I’d rather not find out.

We’ll see how it lasts – hopefully a while!

I’ve been running with the top belt in the picture for 15 months and over 1500 miles of running. It got me through my Dopey Challenge training and races. Most runs were in the Texas heat, and several were through torrential downpours. It’s also super handy when walking my dogs. It’s still holding up great and I never have an issue with water (or sweat 😳) getting in. The smaller pouch is perfect for running chews, house keys, or a very low-profile wallet and a couple benadryl. The larger pocket is great for a cellphone (I have a Samasung Galaxy S8 with a Unicorn Beetle case). I wear it with my items on the back and the clip at the front simply because I find it more comfortable and I don’t need access to anything while running. I do occasionally pull my phone out while running and can get it in and out without having to slow down. I use bluetooth headphones. So I don’t know how it does with keeping water out if you use the headphone hole, but from looking at it, I’m guessing it would be fine. The pocket is large enough to accommodate a headphone jack. For the last several months, I’ve also been wearing a small mace spray clipped onto it with my keys dangling from that. Still stays in place perfectly. I’ve never had any chaffing from this belt, and I have fairly sensitive skin. The ONLY reason I bought a new one is because the elastic straps are getting a little stretched. I absolutely love this thing and can’t imagine running without it. It does ride up a little if I wear it over slick shirts/leggings, but 99% of the time, I completely forget it’s there. Everything stays in place really well and there’s no jiggling/moving during my run. Again, absolutely no chaffing. A side bonus is that the snug pressure helps keep my leggings in place. If it’s helpful, I’m 5’6″ and weigh around 145lbs. This belt could go MUCH larger, but it might not be snug enough for those with a very thin frame. The picture shows where I have it tightened to on the old one (top) and on the brand new one (bottom) to be snug. I wear mine where low-rise jeans would sit and I measure 33.5″ around that area. This newest one is my 3rd purchase, and like I’ve said, the only reason you’d ever need to replace one of these is from wearing out the elastic. My first belt lasted about 2-3 years with less frequent and shorter runs, and I’m sure I could keep using the one I’m replacing for another year if I wanted to push it. Lastly,
I’m pleased to say I’ve seen consistent quality from these. My newest one looks just as awesome as the first one I ordered 3-4 years ago. Bottom line: If you don’t have a super thin frame, this is the absolute best.

Awesome product. Sleek and lightweight. Waterproof. Fits my iPhone7plus just right (it’s snug but it’s stretchy). It’s subtle enough that I can use it at the gym (my phone is too big to carry on an arm band) or when I’m out for a run in the rain.
